2006 Tuesday 12 DecemberDisciplinary guards of the Inhumane Islamic regime attacks protesting workers of GhazvinIran Press News: According to reports: on Monday, December 11th, 2006, from 10 a.m. till noon, Koor-Oghli factory workers of the city of Ghazvin gathered in front of governors office to protest 4 years of employment duress and non-receipt of wages. They stood for hours in cold weather, accompanied with sleet, to no avail; not even one official at the governor’s office came to either meet with them or to respond to their concerns. Having had no results, they moved to block one of the streets in Ghazvin where they were faced with the brutal attack of the Islamic regime’s disciplinary forces. The guards attacked the protestors in an attempt to disperse them; they then violently circumvented any pedestrians who would approach the area, preventing anyone from photographing or information gathering for writing a news report. |
