Iran Press News: The regime-run newspaper Jomhouri’yeh Islami reported: Mohammad-Reza Nematzadeh, deputy oil minister and managing director of the refining and oil products distribution company said: “Gasoline rationing is definite but the ways and means is up to the Islamic parliament. If the government is able to provide the proper cooperation gasoline rationing can start during the winter months. If consumers are able to be frugal this winter we will face no problems.”
