Ahmadinejad: The true remedy for the conflict is “the elimination” of Israel

TEHERAN - AFP- Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad judged Thursday that the true solution with the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah Lebanese are “the elimination” of the Jewish State, while requiring an immediate cease-fire, according to the Isna agency.

“Although the true remedy for the conflict is the elimination of the mode Zionist, there should be before that an immediate cease-fire”, said the Iranian president in his address to the top of the executive committee of the Organization of the Islamic conference (OCI) which is taken place in Malaysia.

The Iranian president, whose country supports Hezbollah Lebanese Shiite, called on several occasions with the elimination of the mode of Israel, which it described in particular as “tumour”.

Mr. Ahmadinejad enumerated a list of requests, in addition to a cease-fire, to regulate the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah. He asked that “any attacker return at the international border of Lebanon”, and that safety “is applied by the population and the Lebanese government”.

In this respect, according to him, “the presence of foreign forces is not to in no case acceptable, unless they are not under command of UNO”.

Several countries, of which France, study the possibility of taking part in an international force of interposition which would be spread in the south of Lebanon.

The Iranian president also considered to be necessary “an exchange of prisoners”, between the belligerents, and that the amount of the material damages “inflicted in Lebanon is paid by the United States and Great Britain, which support the mode Zionist”.

Amounting on the attitude adopting with regard to Israel, Mr. Ahmadinejad proposed that “the Islamic nations stop all their political and economic relations, public or secret, with the mode Zionist”.

Iran is the most faithful Lebanese support of Hezbollah. Israel and the Westerners show it to finance and arm the party Shiite, but Teheran always contradicted, by evoking only one moral and political support.
