Based on reports from news media of the Islamic Republic, on Friday, January 5th, in a speech in the Eezeh township, Ahmadinejad, addressed western countries especially the US and said: "You think that by signing a piece of paper, you can prevent us from gaining access to nuclear energy? You think that by waging psychological war, propaganda and the issuance of some piece of paper you can stop our progress? Our response to you arrogant western powers is to go ahead be angry at us and die from anger. We will never retreat in the face of you washed up powers.”
