Iran Human Rights: One man was hanged in the city of Bandar Abbas (south of Iran) reported the official site of the Iranian judiciary in Hormozgan province yesterday.
According to the state run Iranian news agency ISNA, the man was identified as "A. S." and was convicted of rape and robbery in teh rown of Minab.
The report didn’t mention the exact time of the execution. According to Iran Human rights’ sources the execution took place on Thursday May 12th.
