Genral Jafari: "Let me arrest Mashaei and end the story"

Mullah Namazi, member of regime’s Expediency Council and representative of the Supreme Leader in the city of Kashan revealed that Khamenei has ordered arrest of all people surrounding Ahmadinejad.

According to the State-run Jahan News, mullah Namazi, whose office officially published his comments about Mashaei’s arrest, said: “Genral Jafari, the Supreme Commander of the Revolutionary Guards, visited the Spiritual Leader and said to him: ‘Allow me to arrest him [Mashaei], this way the whole story will end, and at the very most, for a few days, some people will complain and then it will all subside.’ Apparently, [Khamenei] had not come to that conclusion yet, but said to arrest all the functionaries involved with this plot. He said to interrogate them with power, and investigate…”

The member of Regime’s Expediency Council added: “In recent weeks, they arrested a few people who were in President’s Chief of Staff’s [Mashaei’s] circles, including a person named Ghaffari and a few other people; and there was also a person in clerical garb named Amirifar, who is close to the President and has also been arrested.”

The Spiritual Leader’s representative in Kashan admitted the widespread corruption and embezzlement in various layers of the clerical regime and said: “These people made shocking confessions about financial fraud with very high figures. They took over Iran Khodro automobile factory worth millions of dollars… they made up an association called Iranians Residing Abroad, and without following regulations, allocated huge amounts of funds to that. At Kish Island, they signed a contract with a family that didn’t own a thousand dollars, and they took the money and escaped the country… the original money was $400 million… They are using such astronomical figures to set the stage for the success of their own people. They spoke to some members of majlis [regime’s parliament] and promised them to pay all their expenses, and this very mullah Amirifar said in his confessions that they told him money was no object.”

Acording to Jahan News, mullah Namazi also said: “Mr. Mahsei was told, okay you want to be the next President in two years, but your competence must be certified by the Guardian Council, however, it’s leader Ayatollah Jannati is bent to reject your qualifications; Mashai said in response that two years from now, Jannati will not be living to reject my competence.”

Namazi told regime’s mercenaries that: “Of course, there is a lot to be said, and I wanted you gentlemen to be aware of the situation. Expose this deviated current without mentioning the President’s name, so that if we are to have a conflict in future…people would be fully onboard.”
