A military jet of unknown type has crashed in the north-western city of Tabriz, Fararu website reported Saturday referring to eyewitnesses in the city.
The report did not mention the time of the incident but stated the pilot of the plane which crashed at the Azerbaijan Square of the city located close to the airport could eject from the plane.
The Iranian Air-Force is currently staging a military maneuver in the area with its mainly F4 and F5 jet fighters, Iranian media reported./-
