Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Brigadier General Hassan Firouzabadi addressed the ceremony. Other top military officials including Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi, Armed Forces Commander Ataollah Salehi, IRGC Commander Mohammad Ali Jafari, Basij Commander Mohammad Reza Naqdi, and senior military advisor to the Supreme Leader Yahya Rahim Safavi were present at the military parade.
