IINS–100 000 Iranians undergo cosmetic surgery on nose per year in Iran says the Chairman of the Rhinological Society of Iran, Shargh daily reports.
“40 to 50 000 of the nose reshaping surgeries take place in Tehran and it is 100 000 nationwide,” says Ali-Asghar Shirazi who believes it is comparing to the 1 million annual rhinoplasty in the US,”not too high.”
Reshaping nose is among Iran’s upper and middle class chic and is popular with both genders.
