Tehran Times – The deputy chairman of the Human Rights Committee of the Iranian Majlis, Mohammad Karim Abedi, said on Wednesday that the committee plans to file a complaint against Ahmed Shaheed, the Special Rapporteur on human rights situation in Iran, through judicial channels. Shaheed released a report on October 17, in which he wrote that human rights violations in Iran appear to be increasing.
