Third Time Detention Extended for Gonabadi Dervish

Majzooban Noor - On orders from the investigative judge in charge of Kasra's file, his detention orders have been extended for the third time.

According to Majzooban reporter, temporary detention of Gonabadi dervish, Kasra Nouri who has been held in Shiraz Adel Abad prison for more than four months, was extended for the third time.

And up to now no sentence has been issued for this prisoner of conscience.

It is important to say that, according to the law: "If after 2 months, due to provisional remedy, the accused is still in custody and his case has not been submitted to the court for final decision, the legal authority is obliged to cancel the arrest or give a discount (mitigation), otherwise, if there is a justified reason for the detention, so it must be mentioned and detention to be extended.

It is notable that, Gonabadi dervish, Kasra Nouri, has been arrested by security forces 2 times till now.

Once he was arrested on charge of "acting against the regime" and "Activities during the day and night" on the morning of Wednesday 21 Dey ( Jan 11 , 2012 ) .

On 7th Esfand , 1390 ( Feb 26 , 2012 ), he was released on bail of 50 million toman, after 46 days in jail in Shiraz Intelligence Office's Detention Center and Adel Abad prison.

He was again arrested on the charges of "propagating against the regime in favor of foreigners" and "contact and interview with Radio Farda."on 24th Esfand, 1390 ( Mar 14 , 2012 ).

Now, he is still held in Section 11 of Adel Abad prison in Shiraz.
