Freedom Messenger - According to the Hrana News Agency, reports indicate that following the death of 26 female students, who were taken on a field trip to the war-hit areas by the IRGC, their families gathered outside the IRGC office in Boroujen and demanded an investigation into this criminal act by the IRGC. Members of the IRGC took the families into the building, yet after coming out the families refused to explain what was said to them inside.
Reports from Boroujen indicate that elements of the MOIS, IRGC and Bassij Para militia, in order to confront the spread of protests, have stationed throughout the city of Boroujen, causing an atmosphere of rage amongst the people.
Other reports indicate that the bus used leading to the incident was one of Iran Payma Bus Company’s oldest buses, which was very dilapidated, lacking safety standards.
It is worth noting that sending young students to war-hit areas under demagogic programs called “travelers of light” by the IRGC and the Bassij Para militia is compulsory and students are evaluated and given grades for them, making participation compulsory.
