Iranian Ambassador to Lebanon Ghazanfar Ruknabadi met with former Lebanese President Emile Lahoud to discuss the developments in the country and in Syria.
Asked about Iran's position regarding the possibility of an Israeli attack in Syria, Ruknabadi said: "We will not stand by should Syria find itself in any sort of trouble, particularly if it emanates from the Zionist enemy." (Roi Kais)
