(AGI) Tehran, Aug 11 - Iran is to build another nuclear power plant with Russian aid, the outgoing Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said. The announcement appears to be provocative in the light of Iran's newly-elected President Hassan Rouhani's calls for moderation. Mr Salehi, who will be replaced by Mohammad Javad Zarif in a few days' time, told the ISNA news agency that Iran had had talks with Russia on building another nuclear plant, and that a memorandum of understanding would be signed shortly. There is already a Russian-built nuclear power plant in Bushehr.
