HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Reza Seifzadeh Pezeshkan the political prisoner in Evin who was supposed to be exiled to Borazjan prison, is currently in ward 209 of Evin. According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mohammad Reza Seifzadeh Pezeshkan was transferred from ward 350 of Evin prison in terms of being in exile in Borazjan prison, but still he is in ward 209 because he has not deposited transfer fee of himself and the related officers. He was arrested on May 22, 2011 in accusation of supporting MEK and released on September 17 of the same year on bail. Then he was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment in exile by judge Pirabbasi in branch 26 of Tehran revolutionary court on charge of supporting MEK. He was supposed to transfer in September of 2013 from ward 350 in terms of his imprisonment continuation in exile, but he has been transferred to ward 209 and been kept there because he has not deposited the tranfer fee. Mohammad Reza Seifzade Pezeshkan is one of the 80s’ prisoners who was in prison from 1982 til 1986. He is 43 and has a 13 years old daughter, also his mother and sister have diabetes and they have special needs which with transferring Mohammad Reza to Borazjan they will face much more difficulties. |
