IOPHRI press release - IOHPRI announced a series of street actions in favour of the release of Iranian dissidents from house arrest and prison. The attention of the world powers is directed towards the negotiations about the nuclear program of Iran and has ceased to focus the dire human rights situation.
The International Organisation to preserve Human Rights in Iran (IOPHRI) announced to continue its street demonstrations in important cities of Germany after it brought to attention the situation of Iranian dissidents in Stuttgart, Germany in the last month of 2013. Various media reported about this action into Iran and into other countries.
IOPHRI demanded the immediate release from house arrest of Mr Karoubi, Mrs Rahnavard and Mr Mousavi and the release from prison of incarcerated lawyers and Dervishes in front of the populated main station of Stuttgart, which found the appreciation of many passers-by.
According to IOPHRI these actions will take place in important cities of Germany soon, if the demand for release will not be accomplished in a period of two weeks time from now.
