HRANA News Agency – Branch 28 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court issued a total of 128 years in prison sentence for eight individual cyber activists. According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), they were notify of the court verdicts ,today, that are as follow, Amin Akramipour, detained on 30/11/2013, 13 years and one day, Amir Golestani, detained on 20/08/2013, 20 years and one day, Masood Ghasemkhani, detained 01/11/2013, 19 years and 91 days, Saied Masood Talebi, 15 years and one day, Fariborz Kardarfar, 18 years and 91 days, Mehday Reishahri, detained 23/11/2013, 11 years, Roya Saberi, detained 01/11/2013, 20 years and one day, and, Naghmeh Shahsavandi Shirazi, who was released on bail till now, 7 years and one day imprisonment. 1- Amir Golestani, Amin Akramipour, Masood Ghasemkhani, Naghmeh Shahsavandi Shirazi, Fariborz Kardar and Masood Talebi were individually sentenced to 2 years imprisonment including the period of detention for propaganda against the Islamic Republic of Iran based on Article 500 of the Penal Code and 134. 2- Amir Golestani, Amin Akramipour, Masood Ghasemkhani, Naghmeh Shahsavandi Shirazi, Roya Saberi and Saied Masood Saie Talebi, were individually sentenced to 3 years and Mehdi Reishahri to 1 year imprisonment for contempt Honour Imam and Leader, according to Article 514 of Islamic Retribution. 3- Amir Golestani, Amin Karamipour, Roya Saberi and Saied Masood Saied Talebi were individually sentenced to 9 months imprisonment for contempt heads of three branches based on Article 609 of Islamic Retribution. 4- Naghmeh Shahsavandi Shirazi, Roya Saberi, Fariborz Kardar and Saied Masood Saied Talebi were sentenced to 2 years imprisonment for dissemination of vulgar images via Internet according to Article 14 of Internet related crime. 5- Amir Golestani, Amin Akramipour, Masood Ghasemkhani, Naghmeh Shahsavandi Shirazi, Roya Saberi, Saied Masood Saied Talebi and Fariborz Kardar each of them were sentenced to 91 days imprisonment for dissemination of vulgar images via Internet based on Note 1 of Article 14 of Internet related crime and Article 134 of Islamic Retribution. 6- Amir Gplestani, Amin Akramipour, Masood Ghasemkhani, Roya Saberi, Fariborz Kardarfar, Saied Masood Saied Talebi were individually sentenced to 7 years imprisonment and Mehdi Reishahri to 5 years imprisonment for gathering and collusion, according to Article 610 Islamic Retribution and Article 134. 7- Amir Golestani, Masood Ghasemkhani, Roya Saberi and Fariborz Kardarfar were individually sentenced to 7 years imprisonment and Mehdi Reishahri to 5 years imprisonment for insulting sanctities based on Article 513 Islamic Retribution. |
