HRANA News Agency – Mohammad (Koroush) Nasiri, the political prisoner of Rajai Shahr prison has been transferred to ward number 8 of Evin prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohammad (Koroush) Nasiri, the political prisoner of ward number 12 of Rajai Shahr prison, was taken out of his cell with all of his belonging and personal accessories, on Wednesday July 9th.
He has been sentenced to 9 years and 6 months in prison in Gonaveh which has been confirmed by the supreme court. However, due to the fact that Gonaveh does not have any prison he was exiled to Rajai Shahr prison.
Mohammad Nasiri was sentenced to 11 years in prison of Gonaveh, in prim trial in branch number 26 of revolutionary court, by chief judge Pirabbasi. This sentence was confirmed exactly by the Supreme Court.
Mohammad Nasiri was arrested by security forces in a rush to his house on May 23, 2012.
