To UN Human Rights Commission

With respect and courtesy

Your honor, I am Mohammad Amin Agoshi, a political prisoner who under a cruel court verdict has been charged with 10 year imprisonment and exile to Zahedan. Due to the pressures caused by exile order and imprisonment sentence, my wife passed away and my children are left orphan. While judicial authorities discriminate between us and the other inmates and deprived us from some facilities such as “Open Prison” which belongs to the other prisoners. Also according to Islamic penal code, prisoners after one year of exile should be transferred to their home town, however unfortunately this has not been recognized by the authorities yet.

So that, I went on hunger strike to protest at these injustice and discriminations since 8th July and urge the authorities of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and Amnesty International demand Iran government, our release and stop discrimination.

Signed by Mohammad Amin Agoshi
