HRANA News Agency – The revolutionary court of Shiraz has sentenced Mr. Ibrahim Farabad Fallahiyah to six years in prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the revolutionary court of Shiraz has sentenced Mr. Ibrahim Farabad Fallahiyah to six years in prison, according to submitted document to his attorney, dated on July 19, on charge of insulting supreme leader, founding an illegal group with the name of Gorooh-e-Sabz-e-Shiraz (Green Groupof Shiraz) for disturbing national security, propaganda and insulting supreme leader and based on Islamic Penal Code, articles: 498,499,500 and 514 and with consideration of note 2 of article 134 of Islamic penal code amended in 2013.
In the issued copy, defendant’s confession, discovered documents, electronic documents from cyberspace are called as the bases of this verdict.
