TEHRAN – Iran’s Cyberspace Research Institute has announced the kick-start of smart filtering in the country to promote a better use of the internet and prevent its harmful effects, the IRNA news agency reported on Saturday.
The software is programmed to quickly and faultlessly monitor materials, pictures, films and texts and block the immoral parts without restricting the whole domain.
This software has been developed with the cooperation of Cyberspace Research Institute of Shahid Beheshti University and Islamic Development Organization.
Another advantage of the program is that other companies, organizations and institutes can use it as well.
