HRANA News Agency – Mohammah Banazadeh Amirkhizi, political prisoner of Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj, was released after serving 5 years in prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohammad Banazadeh Amirkhizi, the aged political prisoner in Hall 12 of Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj, was released from prison.
Mohammad Banazadeh Amirkhizi, 65, on 30th November 2009 was arrested by Intelligence Ministry officials when they raided to his office and took him to ward 209 of Evin prison and then transferred him to Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj.
He had been tried in Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court. There were no lawyers present at his trial and he was sentenced to five years in prison and exile to Rajai Shahr prison.
