HRANA News Agency – Ghorban Behzadian Nejad and Mohsen Mirdamadi, 2 political prisoners who had been on leave from prison, returned to prison as their leave permission was not extended.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on 1st of February, Ghorban Behzadian Nejad and Mohsen Mirdamadi, 2 political prisoners of Evin prison who had been on leave from prison, returned to ward 350 in Evin prison as their leave permission was not extended.
It should be mentioned that, Ghorban Behzadian Nejad, head of Mirhossein Mousavi’s campaign headquarters, was arrested during the post-election protests in 2009 and after several months in solitary confinement has been sentenced to 5 years imprisonment.
Also, Mohsen Mirdamadi, Secretary General of a political party called “Jebheh Mosharekat Irane Islami”, following the death of his father went on leave to attend his funeral.
