BIBISPEAKS4ME RALLY (UPDATED): JOIN ISRAEL’S VOICE WITH HOST OF GROUPS TO SUPPORT PM NETANYAHU’S MARCH 3 ADDRESS IN D.C.
You don’t have to be Jewish to support Israel. Join Israel’s Voice and Voice of the Copts with a host of grassroots groups, organizations, and individuals to welcome and show your support for Prime Minster Binyamin Netanyahu’s March 3 Address before a Joint Session of Congress on the dangers of a nuclear-armed Iran and Islamic extremism.
U.S. President Obama and Vice President Biden announced from the beginning their intention not to attend Netanyahu’s address, and at least three democratic Senators and 19 House Representatives will skip out on or more accurately boycott it as well (see The Yeshiva World News for specific names).
Not surprisingly, Netanyahu has been urged to cancel his March 3 speech by Abraham Foxman, the national director of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), and by the so-called “pro-Israel” group J Street, which has been circulating on Twitter the hashtag, “BibiDoesntSpeakForMe.” Yet, unlike the ADL, which hasbackpedaled to some extent, Israel’s Voice has remained firm in its support and has established the Twitter hashtag “#BibiSpeaks4Me.”
