HRANA News Agency – On March 3, agents from the Ministry of Intelligence in Isfahan arrested Mr. Khosrow Dehqani and took him to the city’s central prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), he is one of 20 Bahais who were arrested in central Iran in August 2012, and given sentences ranging from one to 4 years by the Revolutionary Court in Yazd.
They were charged with propaganda against the regime and participation in Bahai community activities.
Mr. Dehqani was sentenced to three years in prison (previously reported as 4 years) and a 12-month suspended sentence, however it is not clear whether the most recent arrest marks the beginning of his sentence, or is for some other reason.
