4 Erfan Halgheh Activists Summoned to Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – Four activists of “Erfan Halgheh” were summoned to Evin Prison to serve their sentences.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Ardeshir Shahnawaz, Mohammad Reza Afshar, Leila Jamaat and Mohammad Tajik Pazooki, coaches of “Erfan Halgheh” Group whose sentences had just recently been confirmed in the appeal court, were summoned on the phone to Evin prison.

It is to say that, Ardeshir Shahnawaz and Mohammad Tajik Pazooki, have been sentenced each to five years imprisonment, Mohammad Reza Afshar to two years imprisonment, and Leila Jamaat to one year

According to HRANA’s report, Iranian regime, since several years ago, has put dealing with the spiritual traditions, incompatible with traditional concepts of Islam notions on the agenda, and has persecuted many of the leaders and followers of these traditions.

The Islamic Republic of Iran has named these traditions with titles such as “false mysticism” or “emerging mysticism”.
