Hollande reminds Rouhani of France's commitment to human rights

French President Francois Hollande said Thursday that he had reminded Iranian President Hassan Rouhani that France was "committed to human rights" during talks in Paris.

Rouhani's government is often accused of rights abuses and hundreds turned out to protest against his visit to France to seal a raft of new business deals in the wake of the lifting of sanctions.
