The List Of Over 80 Political Prisoners In Rajai Shahr Prison In Karaj

HRANA News Agency – The following list includes names, warrants and charges of more than 80 political prisoners, prisoners of conscience and security in Rajai Shahr prison which has been prepared by the reporters of HRANA.

A diverse range of prisoners charged with political, conscience, military and security allegations are being held in Rajai Shahr prison. Although many of these prisoners are kept in separate rooms in Hall 12 but a large number of these prisoners are being kept also between non-political, criminals and sometimes dangerous prisoners unlike the principle of separation of crimes.

The list of the names along with the verdict and the charges is as follows:

1. Mohamadreza Alipayam, one year and three months, propaganda against the state.

2. Mehdi Farahi Shandiz, 3+3+3 years, disturbing public order and insulting the Supreme Leader.

3. Ali Akbar Baghani, 5+1 year imprisonment and exile to Zabol, acting against national security through membership in the Teachers Union.

4. Payam Bastani Parizi, 2 years in prison and 34 lashes, blasphemy.

5. Misagh Yazdanejad, 12 years, supporting PMOI.

6. Saleh Kohandel, 10 years, cooperation with the PMOI.

7. Said Masouri, life imprisonment, cooperation with the PMOI.

8. Afshin Baymany, life imprisonment, cooperation with the PMOI.

9. Hassan Ashtiani, 15 years, cooperation with the PMOI.

10. Zanyar Moradi, death, moharebeh and supporting Komala.

11. Luqman Moradi, death, moharebeh and supporting Komala.

12. Houshang Rezaei, death, moharebeh and supporting Komala.

13. Abdolreza Ghanbari, 10 years, contact with PMOI.

14. Shahram Pour Mansouri, life imprisonment, moharebeh by hijacking an airplane.
