“Sane was killed in the way back from the theater”

CHRR – In 14th of February during protests in different parts of Tehran, Sane Jaleh 26-year-old student was killed. A day after the incident, government news agencies published the picture and reports which showed the students was a member of a Basij and were introduced his killers "hypocrites".

Hours after the publication of these reports, the accuracy of information released submissions by government media had questioned. Hatef Soltani the art university’s student which arrested also during the election last year said to the Human Rights Committee interviewers: "Sane Jaleh was born in Paveh city in 1984 and he attended to Art University in a second semester of 2009-2010 with theater major. In a new semester, he changed his major to dramatic literature”.

The image in the card belongs to Sana and it appears that the university officials provided the photo to government media. Sometimes he had a beard and sometimes not. In other photos he published, you can also see this thread. He was voted Mr. Mousavi and would participate in all the rallies. The interesting point was that he was Sunni. Being the Sunni shows that his ideas and thoughts so having a Basij card is so far from his idea.

The Basij’s card is fake

Government’s media release a Basij’s card which they alleged it belonged to Sane Jaleh. Hatef Soltani , one of the close friend’s to Sane said: "The student’s of Art school and close friends and family to Sane denied the card existence and the Govermnet’s media’s report.

Soltani, continued to express ignorance about the exact way of murder of Jaleh. He said “We just know he was in Jamalzade’s Street when he has been shot. He was returning alone from practice and because the practice was closed that day. Sane as an actor, who was in preparation for a show in the Fajr festival “

Sane’s friends are under pressure

Soltani was more concerned about the pressure which it’s on the Art University’s students . He said: "Sane’s friends and colleagues are faced with a Harassing telephone and because of this case they cannot talk to anyone about it . But I know it’s my duty to don’t allow Sana’s identity be confiscated ".

Government’s media have announced that the funeral ceremony would be held on the Wednesday morning at 9:30 am , in front of Tehran University to the University of Art.

Soltani stated about Students’ program for Tomorrow: "Art students from eight universities attend and they also asked people to join them between 8-9 am in the morning around the University and if not treated by the university security guards, They will be hold the ceremony for Sane “.

According to the releasing reports, Mohammad Mokhtari who injured in the protest on 14 Feburary also lost his life for severe injuries in hospital on Tuesday noon.
