Iran Human Rights: One Man was publicly hanged in the city of Neyriz in the province of Fars (southern Iran) on June 14th.
The official Iranian news agency IRNA reported that a man convicted of acts against chastity was hanged. According to the report, the man was convicted of raping an eight-year-old girl.
The man was not identified by name and his age was not mentioned in the report.
