Committee of Human Rights Reporters - Dr. Fariorz Raeis Dana, economist and member of Iranian Writers Association, sentenced to 1 year in prison from branch 28 of the Islamic Revolutionary court presided by judge Moghiseh.

* Arrangement the statements of temptation movement of 2010
* Statement against government system and propaganda for persons who attached to Marxism groups like Samad Behrangi and Khosro Golsorkhi
*Presence in anniversary of Mohammad Mokhtari and Mohammad Jafar Pouyandeh
*Issuance an statement against censorship
*Interview with BBC and VOA
*Accuse to Islamic Republic of Iran for harassment and rape and torture of prisoners
*naming the Iran’s courts "Predetermined"
This teacher of Tehran University has 20 days to presence self to court or protest to his sentence.
Dr. Fariborz Raeis Dana, has been arrested in his own house by Security forces on December 2010 and after a month he freed temporary.
