Keeping Mokhtar Asadi in Exile Illegally

HRANA News Agency – The security sections preventing the enforcement of verdict issued by supreme nonadministrative court related to ending the exile of Mokhtar Asadi the member of teachers’ association of Iran and
teachers’ association of Kurdistan.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), according to the verdict issued by supreme administrational court the continuation of exile of Mokhtar Asadi the member of teachers’ association of Iran and teachers’ association of Kurdistan after six years is illegal and the exile of Mr. Asadi is totally illegal since 2010.

While this verdict issued more than five months ago, Khosro Saki the head of education of Kurdistan, education officials and intelligence-security sections do not enforce this verdict and preventing this Kurdish activist to return to Sanandaj.

Due to the Iranian islamic republic law the issued verdicts by this bureau have to be enforced within 72 hours or else the highest official in the department and related offices will be punished and fire from their positions.
