HRANA News Agency – Dr. Hani Yazerlou is released from the Vakil Abad prison of Mashhad by the end of the imprisonment sentence.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), this political prisoner was exiled to Mashhad being told that he is going to be transferred to Evin court on January 18.
Dr. Hani Yazerlou has been imprisoned also in 70s, 80s and 90s for his political activities.
He has been arrested in 2011 while participating in the funeral of Mohsen Dogmechi, Jafar Kazemi and Mohammad Haj Aghai when he was kept in solitary confinement of the ward 240 of Evin prison for 55 days. He has been released on the bail and then the branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court of Tehran sentenced him to 1 year in prison and 15 years exile to Iranshahr which was changed to Mashhad in the appeal court.
He was arrested by the intelligence officers on May 21, 2013 to serve the imprisonment sentence.
