HRANA News Agency – Arjang Davoodi, the political prisoner of ward 8 of Evin prison was transferred to solitary confinement of ward 240.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Arjang Davoodi who was recently transferred to ward 8 was transferred to the solitary confinement of ward 240 after refusal of going to court on Saturday, May 3.
This old prisoner who has been deprived of furlough through out of the whole imprisonment period was transferred from ward 12 of Rajai Shahr prison to solitary confinement of ward 209 of Evin prison in July 2013 and after 127 days in solitary confinement was exiled to Bandar Abbas prison.
Arjang Davoodi has served his first 10 years sentence, and has been sentenced to 20 years and 8 months in prison because of new charges.
