Mohammad Ali Taheri transferred back to Evin Prison from hospital

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Ali Taheri who has been admitted to the hospital for 5 days while spending his 27th day of hunger strike has been transferred back to solitary confinement at Ward 2A of Evin Prison from Shahid Rajaee Hospital.

According to HRANA report based on Sahamnews article, Mohammad Ali Taheri , A Consciences Prisoner who has been in solitary confinement since 4 May 2011, at Ward 2A of Evin Prison which is supervised by Sepah Intelligence Services, is transferred back to the prison from the hospital.

Mohammad Ali Taheri has been on hunger strike since 26 October 2014,(the first day of Moharram) , in protest to his undecided and open case with the charges such as “ Corruption on earth”. Mohammad Ali Taheri previously announced that he would break his hunger strike as soon as the forged case made against him by security forces on the charges of “Corruption on earth” is closed.

Yesterday he was transferred back to solitary confinement at Ward 2A of Evin Prison while he was extremely weak and was not well due to hunger strike.

Mohammad Ali Taheri was transferred back to the prison, while he is still on hunger strike and he has been threatened by authorities that if he does not break his hunger strike, he will be sentenced for “Apostasy” without trial.
